Absolutely. If a senior is not comfortable with online tools, a family member or caregiver can book on their behalf — or they can call us directly. We're happy to help.

3. Are your workers trained to work with elderly clients?
Yes. Our technicians are not only skilled, but also trained in senior-friendly service. We take extra care to communicate clearly, work respectfully, and ensure safety throughout the process.
4. How much notice do I need to book a service?
We recommend booking at least 2 days in advance. However, for urgent issues — like water leaks or electrical faults — we do our best to respond the same day.
5. How do senior discounts work?
Seniors (65+) automatically qualify for a discount on most services. Just mention your age when booking — no forms, no hassle.
6. Do you provide electrical repairs?
We offer guidance and help you connect with certified electricians. Licensed trades professionals perform any technical electrical work.
7. Who performs the electrical or appliance repair work?
All regulated trades services are performed by certified professionals through subcontracting agreements. CommunityFix does not employ in-house tradespersons for regulated work.
