We help customers understand, set up, maintain, document, and navigate support for household products, smart devices, portable power products, home-use technology, and senior-friendly products.

2. Do you install products?

CommunityFix provides product education, setup guidance, customer intake, and coordination support.

Where installation requires licensed or specialized work, CommunityFix coordinates with qualified local providers and supports the customer experience before and after installation. This may include compatibility information collection, appointment coordination, app setup, warranty documentation, and post-install user onboarding.

3. Do you perform regulated electrical, plumbing, gas, or HVAC work?

No. CommunityFix does not perform regulated trade work unless the appropriate Alberta-issued trade certification is in place.

Where electrical, plumbing, gas, HVAC, or other licensed work is required, CommunityFix coordinates with properly qualified local professionals in accordance with Alberta requirements.

4. What types of products do you support?

CommunityFix focuses on practical household and personal-use products, including selected smart devices, portable power products, robotic cleaning products, home-use technology, air and water filtration products, accessories, consumables, and senior-friendly home products.

Support may include product education, setup guidance, accessory and warranty information support, basic issue intake, and service navigation.

5. How can seniors or families request support?

Families, caregivers, or seniors can contact us through our online form, email, or phone.

CommunityFix aims to provide patient communication, clear explanations, product-use guidance, warranty and product record organization, and practical next-step support for seniors and families.

6. How can landlords, tenants, or property managers use CommunityFix?

CommunityFix may support landlords, tenants, and property managers with move-in product orientation, household product documentation, appliance and product record organization, accessory information, basic issue intake, and coordination with appropriate local service providers.

This can help reduce confusion around product use, warranty information, and service coordination in rental or move-in situations.

7. Do you provide emergency repair service?

No. CommunityFix is not an emergency repair service.

For general inquiries and service coordination, we aim to respond within 1–2 business days. For urgent safety, electrical, plumbing, gas, HVAC, or emergency concerns, customers should contact the appropriate emergency service or qualified professional directly.

8. Are you an authorized service provider for specific brands?

CommunityFix does not present itself as an authorized dealer, service provider, certified repair centre, or official representative of any brand unless such status is formally approved in writing by the relevant brand.

We may help customers navigate manufacturer support, warranty documentation, product information, accessory inquiries, and appropriate service channels.

9. How does CommunityFix work with manufacturers or product brands?

CommunityFix is building a local product support and implementation coordination pathway in Southern Alberta.

We may support brands through local customer intake, product education, compatibility guidance, setup and app onboarding, warranty documentation, accessory or consumable coordination, coordination with qualified local providers where specialized work is required, and post-install customer follow-up.
